The Property Portfolio Builders (PPB) is UK's One-Stop Property Trading Platform with built-in direct mortgages. Commercial Mortgages (incl some Buy-to-Let Mortgages), Seller-Financed Home & Commercial Mortgages, and Property Investment Advice DOES NOT require FCA regulation. However, all mortgages we provide are legal mortgage contracts, FCA-Compliant.

The PPB is a direct mortgage provider and not a lender. Mortgage Booking Fees: Buy to let mortgages have a non-refundable booking fee of up to £699 with a completion fee of up to £2,999. Bridging and Commercial mortgages have a non-refundable booking fee of £599 and a completion fee of either £3,499 for loans under £450,000 or 2% of the loan for loans over £450,000. Booking fees are payable on submission. Completion fees are payable after the mortgage completes, or if you opt not to proceed with a mortgage offer that you previously accepted.
